Remember: The battle of dealing with depression and anxiety - as well as searching for and finding yellow - can all be a slow and even grueling process. You are not alone. Ask for help. Chart things when you can, and when you can’t that’s ok! Remember that my charts have been built over decades of time. Sometimes I could write and many times I couldn’t.
